Olympic Torch Relay

As most of you will know I'm one of the Torchbearers for the Olympic Torch Relay next Tuesday 22nd May. My leg of the run takes in part of Nags Head Hill between Jockey Lane and Hillside Road, St George and is due to start at 6p.m. If anyone is in the area at the time I would really appreciate your support!

Thornbury Town U15 Colts enjoyed a sunny afternoon at a tournament hosted by Hanham Athletic, today.

Three teams entered the competition and two of them won their leagues to go straight through to the semi-finals.

One team was victorious in the semi's to progress to the final, but, were beaten by Ashton Boys 2-1.

A good end of season for the boys and nice for some of the players to get their hands on some silverware (even though as Runners-up).
