Facilities Development - Forward Vision

The club has ambitious plans for the development of playing facilities.  Many matches are played using pitches across Thornbury and local villages, the plan is to bring more of these into a central location at the Mundy Playing fields using a mixture of club funds and grants available via other agencies, for example the Football Foundation.  The following table provides an overview of these plans and progress made to date.

Phase 1 - Purchase of Poulterbrook Land acquired by Thornbury Town Council in 2005, which includes an environmental area ACHIEVED
Phase 2 - Development of pitches at Poulterbrook Creating two pitches, one for U16s and U15s and one junior 9v9 pitch, along with the nature walk as required by the Council. The site will need a drainage system along with an amount of ground levelling work.
